Neighborhood Florist – Journal Page – Cream, Beautiful flower shops in France, a gorgeous mix of rough stone, old pots and beautiful blooms, provide the reference point for the debut collection by Dawn Heese (Linen Closet Designs). “The large Vichy is perfect for borders or replacing pieced blocks for a fun make-do look. I do a lot of applique and wanted interesting backgrounds, like the journal prints and the stripes. The reproduction French florals add a romantic old world feel that have been updated with new colors.” When designing this line, Dawn pictured “one of the flower shops in Nantes, France that sits along a cobblestone street. My work tends to be just that mix of primitive with vintage romance.”
Sizing:
- Our newer fabrics are now being cut at 25cm x WOF increments (this is to help with stock management and accuracy)
- If you prefer your fat quarter to be 50cm x 1/2 WOF please just make a note in the comments section of your order.
- If you are ordering more than the 25cm x WOF we will cut the fabric as one piece. For example if you require 1 metre please order a quantity of 4 and we will send you one piece
- Fat quarter bundles are cut by us and are 50cm x 1/2 WOF
