We offer FREE delivery in Australia for orders over $75.00, New Zealand customers on orders over $100 and everywhere else in the world free delivery on orders over $200.00. Orders less than these amounts will attract Australia Post standard parcel rates.
From time to time, we offer discount codes to our customers to provide them with a promotional reduction in price from their order. These codes may have a limit on the number of times used, typically 1 time or 3 times use per customer, depending on the promotional offer. If you have used a code in the past and it isn’t letting you use it again, this is likely the reason why.
We will attempt to parcel and post all orders same day but due to circumstances we cannot guarantee this. If we have any issues with your order we will contact you promptly.
Australia Post are currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to increased parcel volumes. If you require your parcel quickly then select express post at checkout
If your order is incorrectly filled or your items are faulty or damaged in transit to you, we will refund your purchase and cover the cost of the return postage. Please be sure to carefully document any damage to the package and contact us immediately. Replacement merchandise will be sent at no additional cost.
All other refunds are at our discretion but we are more than happy to discuss and help! Please contact us at hello@missharry.com.au and we will discuss this with you. If we offer a refund for items not damaged etc as per above information and the new amount for your original order falls below the $75.00 free postage limit we will charge you $11.00 for our original postage cost. We will also charge a 10% restocking fee and goods must be returned to us at your cost in a saleable condition including in original skeins.
Our parcels are sent using Australia Post and while all care is taken, we cannot be held responsible for lost or uninsured packages or if an incorrect delivery address was supplied at the time of order.

While we take every care in photographing our products to ensure a reasonable accuracy in the depiction of colour and texture of the yarn, due to the differences in the calibrations of individual monitors, we cannot guarantee that the colour on your screen will be an exact match to the colour of the yarn. If we can assist you in matching or describing colours, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
