Gisborne Cowl – Kaye Adolphson is a simple light weight cowl that is joined after you complete crochet. You can also leave it unjoined and make it a scarf. There is an optional lovely woven chain feature along the edge if you would like.
Material Requirements – You will need one skein of 100 gram 4 ply sock/ fingering wool or equivalent yarn – Looks great in Malabrigo Mechita, Crazy Zauberball , Queensland Collections Perth and of course Blackwattle Yarns Sweet Pea. Here at Miss Harry we have made this pattern in many different 4 ply’s. Gisborne Cowl was one of the first patterns I was able to do when I learnt to crochet from Kaye! I have gifted this cowl several times and its always been well received.
Pattern includes all written instructions using UK/International terminology and charts
All Kayes patterns come with well written clear instructions and fantastic charts to help you along with your project. Kaye also teaches crochet here in Melbourne at several locations and originally taught me how to crochet. We also now have a YouTube channel and are currently working on adding content
