Description
Lilac Frock – Frogginette is a wonderfully delicate dress (instructions for a top version are also provided) evoking memories of childhood summers. Lovely, thoughtful design details and thorough instructions. The lace portion is both charted and fully written out, and is featured all over the upper back portion of the dress. This garment is knit seamlessly from the bottom up, featuring a picot hem and an easy lace pattern. The skirt is worked in the round to the underarms, a picot welt is worked, then the front and the back are worked flat. The left shoulder is formed using a three-needle-bind off, the right shoulder is fastened with buttons. Stitches are picked up at the neckline and armholes to create the edging.
