Naptime 4 – Little Birds – Yellow

Naptime 4 is a beautiful fabric range designed by Darlene Zimmerman for Robert Kaufman. Featuring 1930’s reproduction prints including a lovely panel for stitching in either a red version or colourful version. We highly recommend using the gorgeous hand dyed cottons from Cottage Garden Threads. We stock a wide range of their stunning colours.

Both Lynne and I have added Naptime to our personal stash and we will both be completing quilts using the panels. I’m going to complete my panels in a colourful version ready for those distant grandchildren!

Naptime 4 – Little Birds – Yellow is designed by Darlene who is widely known for her love of 1930s reproduction fabrics. As a textile historian, Darlene has a large collection of vintage fabrics and quilts from which she frequently draws inspiration for her designs. Little Darlings, Clothesline Prints and Prima Cotton Solids were the first of Darlene’s collections to be producted in coordination with Robert Kaufman Fabrics. We are so pleased that Darlene continues to inspire us with her love of vintage fabrics and her designs are always welcome in my stash!
