If only they would stick into an ordinary pin cushion! So, let’s make one that they will. By adding a patch of fine tapestry mesh or cross-stitch linen to the front it will hold all those, blunt tip Yarn, Tapestry and Cross Stitch needles and T-pins for blocking too. Now add some pockets for your hooks, knitting needles, scissors and stitch markers. A strap for your wrist …… some embroidery and ricrac ……now it’s PERFECT!!” – Debby Dewhurst.
